  • Wuppertal

Experiencing nature and the environment since 1984

As the largest municipal facility for environmental education in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Nature and Environment Station offers more than 35,000 nature lovers of all ages each year a place to learn. Across seven hectares of natural teaching space, in the neighbouring conservation area of the Gelpe valley and in the station building, you can get to know animals and plants up close.

From forest playgroups for little ones to workshops and seminars for adults: Anyone who is interested in the environment and conservation will find interesting courses at the station. Fancy a little spoiler? Then feel free to check out the website.
