Bergisch Panorama Trail: Stage 6

A varied ascent and descent through the Wupper valley, which is still called “Wipper” above Wipperfürth, will ensure that you won’t get bored on the way to Marienheide. Far-reaching views of the Bergisches Land and the Sauerland also provide variety, so that even the few steeper passages are overcome almost incidentally, before reaching the historical pilgrimage site of Marienheide at the intersection of ancient long-distance trails.
